About Patsy...

 

• Unlike most of Ollie's recent works on canvas using synthetic polymer, Patsy is one of two Watercolours on canvas created to date

• Patsy is protected with a spray on fixative

• Ollie signature is on the side dated 2011

• The original concept included painting the body, and if you look closely you can see a yellow pencil outline

• The artist decided that he liked Patsy's "White Boutique" episode and this is reflected in the white Negative Space between Patsy's hands and head.

• Patsy played a key role in the artists tightly held private collection

• In 2016 was sold to a private collector and shipped to Nashville, USA.
